This post is all about how we’re using AI to deliver faster, smarter design projects to our clients in tech.
Since introducing AI into our creative workflows, we’ve seen a transformation…not just in speed, but in the value we’re delivering to clients. We’ve completed over 100 projects that incorporate AI-generated visuals, animations, and branded renders for SaaS, biotech and health tech teams – along with our regular service-based companies. What started as a few internal tests is now part of how we deliver high-quality design at scale.
Here’s what we’ve learned about using AI to enhance design, not replace it.
1. AI Works Best When It’s Guided by Brand
It’s easy to generate an image. But generating an image that looks like you? That’s the hard part.
We’ve built a process that starts with your brand, your colors, your typography, your voice. From there, we engineer prompts and edit outputs to align with your visual identity. This ensures every asset we generate feels intentional and on-brand, not like generic stock.
We call this branded scientific rendering, and it’s become a go-to for visualizing complex topics in biotech, pharma, and medtech.
2. AI Helps Us Move Fast, But Not Carelessly
We’ve consistently seen a significant reduction in design time using AI-enhanced workflows. That’s time saved on early concepting, visual exploration, and even final production.
But here’s the nuance: speed only helps when strategy is still leading. We don’t just feed a prompt and ship what comes out. Every output is reviewed, refined, and iterated – quickly – by designers who understand the brand and the tech behind it.
3. It’s Not Just Faster. It’s More Flexible.
We’ve stopped treating creative like a final product. Now, it’s more like a living system—built to evolve as you do.
4. AI Is an Amplifier, Not a Shortcut
AI doesn’t replace creative thinking. It magnifies it.
A prompt is only as good as the strategy behind it. And in complex fields like SaaS tech and life sciences, where accuracy and trust matter, there’s no shortcut for experience.
That’s why every AI-enhanced project we deliver includes:
- Brand alignment
- Client literacy
- Strategic storytelling
In other words, real humans doing the real thinking – faster, with better tools.
5. AI-Enhanced Design is Here to Stay
This isn’t a trend we’re testing. It’s a shift we’re investing in.
AI-enhanced design is now core to how we operate. We’re actively expanding our libraries, improving our prompt systems, and training every designer on how to blend AI output with strategic design thinking.
Because the end goal is simple: Extract as much value as we can from this new technology, without losing what makes great branding great.
