Tr1X was building something historic. A first-in-class regulatory T cell therapy for autoimmune disease. The science was extraordinary. The brand did not show it.We partnered with Tr1X from early-stage to launch, building a visual identity and website designed to carry real clinical weight: investor credibility, patient recruitment, and a pipeline of diseases no one has cracked before. The result is a digital presence as rigorous and ambitious as the team behind it.

A brand built to carry the weight of hard science.

Autoimmune disease has eluded medicine for decades. Tr1X believed they had the answer: an allogeneic cell therapy that could restore immune tolerance instead of suppressing the immune system indefinitely. That is a big claim. It needed design that could hold it.

We built a brand system that matched the precision of their science. The visual identity drew from the cellular biology of Tr1 cells, structured, dynamic, and unmistakably clinical. Typography, color, and motion worked together to communicate one thing: this is serious medicine, and these are the people who can deliver it.

One website. Multiple audiences. Zero confusion.

Tr1X’s website had to speak to three distinct audiences at once: investors assessing pipeline credibility, patients exploring trial eligibility, and scientific partners evaluating platform technology. Most biotech sites pick one and lose the others.

We built a content architecture that routes each visitor to what they need in seconds. The investor experience leads with clinical data and pipeline depth. The patient experience leads with empathy and plain language. The science section gives researchers the rigor they expect. Every page serves a purpose, and no one has to work to find theirs.

A design system built for a company that moves fast.

Tr1X is not standing still. New programs, new clinical sites, new team members. The brand had to scale with them. We built a full design system in Figma, documented and handed off so the internal team can build on it without us in the room.

The system covers everything: color, typography, iconography, illustration style, motion principles, and a full component library. It is built to grow with Tr1X as they move through Phase 2 and beyond, without losing the visual coherence that makes the brand work.
