Lithios

Clean Tech Case Study

Lithios is bringing low-cost lithium to market with its Advanced Lithium Extraction (ALE) technology, turning previously uneconomical brine resources into high-purity lithium. With a major industry event five weeks away, they needed a website that could explain a genuine technical breakthrough to investors, resource owners, and partners. Our task was to design, build, and launch it on deadline.

A clear story for a technical breakthrough

Lithios sits at the intersection of electrochemistry, mining, and clean energy. We built a modular design system that organizes that story for very different readers—from brine resource owners evaluating economics to investors evaluating the technology.

The layout leads with the core message—the world needs more lithium, and Lithios makes it economical—then lets visitors go as deep as they want.

Turning electrochemistry into design

The heart of the site is a set of custom diagrams that walk visitors through ALE step by step: brine in, electrical current applied, lithium captured, lithium released as a high-purity solution. What reads as dense science in a white paper becomes a story anyone can follow in seconds.

Clean linework, restrained color, and molecular motifs keep the visuals credible and precise—technical enough for engineers, clear enough for everyone else.

From kickoff to launch in five weeks

The site had a hard deadline: a March launch tied to a key industry event. We compressed strategy, design, and WordPress development into a five-week sprint without cutting corners on quality.

Product pages showcase the Lithios ALE pack—a system that ships, deploys, and scales—with content hierarchy and typography that keep dense specifications readable on any device.
