Ailux Bio
Biotech Case Study
Ailux Bio designs biologic therapies with AI, pairing disease biology with molecular engineering to treat immune-mediated diseases that current options miss. We built their first brand and website in 2024. As the pipeline matured and investor and partner traffic grew, they came back for a full visual uplift: a sharper look, a clearer technology story and a site their team can update in minutes.

A clearer story for AI-designed biologics
Ailux’s platform runs from target selection through antibody engineering, and the technology page had to make four pillars of that platform readable in a single scroll. We rebuilt the homepage, technology, pipeline and about pages around that sequence, then brought careers, media and contact into the same system so the site launched as one site, not two.
Every choice served three readers at once: investors, partners and press.
Antibodies in motion: translating molecular design into visuals
We presented four creative directions and landed on a hybrid: an editorial layout with a smoky gradient hero that gives way to a clean white body. Deep purple carries the brand, with soft peach accents reserved for what matters.
Abstract antibody forms replace generic DNA imagery, so the visuals describe the science Ailux actually does. Cards slide through the four technology pillars in sequence, micro-interactions reward the scroll and a custom icon set ties it together.
Building trust through design
Ailux operates with a deliberately low profile, so we designed for validation over volume. Partner collaborations sit high on the page, contact pathways stay quiet and the technology story does the persuading.
Content hierarchy, typography and whitespace were tuned so a scientist and an investor can each find their answer in the first scroll. Site-wide styles carry across every page, and the team was trained to make their own updates after launch.
Our Role
Ailux’s new site reflects the precision of their platform and the pace of their science. Because we built the original brand, the uplift extended a system we already knew, and the Figma library now supports everything from press moments to partner conversations.
