This policy explains what information Wizardly (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit wizardly.co or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re a brand and web design agency, not a data business: we collect only what we need to answer inquiries, run projects and understand how our site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

Wizardly is a design agency based in the United States. Our legal name is Wizardly LLC, 918 Rutledge Ave, Charleston, SC 29403. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@wizardly.co.

Information you give us

When you fill out our project inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, the services you’re interested in, your budget range, how you found us and any message you include. If you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) collects your name, email and the time you choose. If you email us or become a client, we keep our correspondence and the project information you share.

We use this information to reply to you, scope and deliver projects, send proposals and invoices, and follow up about work you’ve asked about. Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system (monday.com) and our email (Google Workspace).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, wizardly.co uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features, such as the inquiry form’s spam protection, may not.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business (the tools named above, plus our email and accounting providers), and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If Wizardly is ever merged or acquired, client and inquiry records would transfer with the business.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as they’re useful for the working relationship and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of any marketing email we send by using the unsubscribe link or replying to us. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email support@wizardly.co. We’ll respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reputable, secured providers and limit access to the people on our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
