Wizardly’s Ongoing Package Details

Our team of problem solvers is here to help our ongoing support clients. Some requests may be deemed “included” with your ongoing support package and some requests may incur our hourly rates and charges. The list below is not conclusive, but it will give you a general idea of the kind of requests that will require invoicing. We reserve the right to bill for any work.


Standard Website Requests
Typically can be categorized as “non-billable”**
  • Generally tasks that take less that 30 minutes to complete
  • Setup for Lucky Orange – Site traffic monitoring 
  • Setup for GES – Global Edge Security
    • At a high level, GES helps with Security (via implementation of a Web Application Firewall to help protect the site from malicious requests/DDoS attacks) and also serves to improve SEO (via faster page load times).
  • Adjusting Smart Plugin Manager on WP Engine – this updates all of our clients plugins and themes automatically
  • Setting up someone’s email or adjusting email DNS info
  • Adjust domain DNS settings to point new or existing domains to Wizardly server
    • Pointing someone’s domain to a site that is not on our server
  • Adjusting content for responsive options (making content look as it should on various screen sizes)
  • Clearing Autopimize Plugin cache (happens about once a month for certain clients, we get email updates)
  • One-time SEO Setup (for new clients/projects):
    • Google Analytics Account Creation – Connect to website
    • Google Search Console Account Creation – Connect to website
    • Adding Yoast SEO plugin to websites, first time configuration
    • Adding Google Site Kit to websites and connecting Google Accounts
    • Adjusting SEO Page Titles, Meta Descriptions
  • Gathering DNS/Domain login information from client
  • Gathering Hosting login information from client
  • Monthly meeting with WP Engine Account Manager to review:
    • Server storage
    • Bandwidth Usage
    • “Problem sites” that are taking up too much bandwidth/storage
    • Hear about new features
    • Plan for the futur

**Although these requests are typically categorized as “non-billable”, Wizardly reserves the right to chage our hourly rate for any requests that are submitted. Before we begin we will always request consent from your team for the estimated time to complete your request.


Billable Website Requests
  • Generally, requests that take more than 30 minutes to complete
  • Training clients on using Tatsu or WordPress
  • Changing Themes to troubleshoot site errors / breaks
    • Swapping themes from Oshine to Exponent
  • Purchasing domains and setting up domain accounts (GoDaddy, etc.)
  • Adding a Portfolio module to a site with new items (Case Studies and/or Portfolios)*
  • Google reCAPTCHA Account Setup
    • Adding a reCAPTCHA add-on to Gravity Forms (only for Gravity Forms, if client is on Contact Form 7 or WP Forms, request that pay for the switch to Gravity Forms)
  • Creating 301 Redirects for old URLs ex: redirect traffic from this page: https://domain.com/about to https://domain.com/about-us
    • Adding 301s / 302s to resolve 404 errors
  • Uploading and activating new plugins or add-ons
  • Creating an install on Wizardly WP Engine account for a new website

Standard Design Requests
Typically can be categorized as “non-billable”**
  • Brand Asset Storage File Management
  • Shared access to assets via Dropbox links
  • Exporting your existing logo files

  • Creating Brand Guidelines
  • Brand Material Design:
    • Business Cards
    • Presentation Decks
    • Flyers and Brochures
  • Adjusting previously approved design assets or graphics
  • Website + UX Design Prototypes
  • Logo Design
  • Editing design files that were created by another party
